炒面我喜欢加入大白菜丝,绿豆芽和韭菜,另外加两包成品牛肉酱味道会更好滴!面一定要买碱面哦,开水煮锅后放入冷水中待用!

豌豆苗开水了汆一下,又嫩又可以当汤解炒面的油腻!我在里面又加了几块嫩豆腐!
